Travel & Mileage
Travel within 30 miles of base is included in every photography package.
Beyond 30 miles, an additional mileage charge of 45p per mile applies to the distance travelled beyond the included allowance, calculated for the return journey.
Parking, tolls, congestion charges and any necessary accommodation are additional where applicable and agreed in advance.
Long-distance bookings may be subject to a separate travel-time charge, agreed before booking.

Booking Information & Terms
- A 25% booking fee secures your date, with the balance payable according to the booking agreement.
- Edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery.
- Standard sessions are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks; weddings may take up to 4 weeks.
- Packages include only the stated number of edited images — additional images can be purchased at the rates above.
- RAW files are not included.
- Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are outlined in your booking agreement.
- Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed; usage rights are confirmed in writing.
- Permission is always requested before identifiable client photographs are used for portfolio or promotional purposes.
- All bookings are subject to availability and a written booking agreement.
- Bespoke packages can be discussed to suit individual requirements.
